Maintaining!

**Update, Jan 2012** Hi, I'm Jen! I lost all 30lbs I came on here to lose... now I need to keep it off!! It's my goal to keep the weight off & keep making healthy changes.

I found out my Grandmother had breast cancer the same day I walked the Susan G Komen 5K in 2010. That's when I knew God was saying "Here's your reason, Run your race." So I finished the Couch to 5K program in June, right around when she passed away, and I ran the 2011 Komen race in her honor. Along the way I fell in love with running & ran my 8th race this New Years day. My new goal is to run a half marathon this year!

With hard work & support from family, friends & my SP friends I've kept at it, even when I didn't want to. If I can do it you can too! I hope you'll consider adding me as a friend so we can help each other along the way! Thanks for your support!

Hi Jen, how's maintaining going? I did fine through 2012 but need to get physical in 2013. That's my plan I will be training my brain the importance of fitness so I can get to where I need to be. I know fitness is just as important as eating healthy so now I HAVE to DO IT !!!
