I am going to get to my goal weight this time and never leave it! I do not want to have to revisit this goal again. I do not ever want to say to myself I have to lose weight again! I am not on a diet, I am making a life change. I have always been a self motivator when it comes to weight loss, it is just sticking to the plan I make for myself for more than two weeks! Here we go!!!!

Hips 7.5" lost
Thighs Left 5.0"lost Right 4.5"lost
Arms 1.5"lost in each
Calves 1.5"lost in each
Neck 1.5"lost
Chest 5.5"lost
Shoulders 2.5"lost
Total so far as of 8/11/12 is 41 inches!

My Goals:
I would like to lose my weight for good! I started this journey at 195lbs. at the end of May '09 and then I fell off the wagon. Starting again at 185 in Feb.12. My goal weight is 135-145. I know my whole closet of clothes will fit then and I will be at my healthiest!

My Program:
I have decided to do what I know works.... Power walking, Cardio DVD, the elliptical and eating 1250 calories per day. I burn 3500 calories a week and love it!
