My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy (AND lose 25 pounds in the process)....If I get healthy, and lose only 21 pounds, I'm still happy with that! :-)
My Program:
I am currently training for the Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon, using a combination of my Nike + and Runner's World workout plans that I created specifically for my needs. From June 2009 until yesterday, I was on Weight Watchers, but I found that the more I run, the less the program was meeting my needs; now I'm counting calories...(fingers crossed!)
Personal Information:
I am originally from South Florida, but we (me, the Hubster and the 3 kids) now call Jacksonville home....My favorite activities are reading, wine-tasting, and running, (although not necessarily at the same time! LOL) there's not much else to say, so if there are any questions, please feel free to ask....
