Hi I am new at this program i started it in March of 2009 and i love it it gives me inspiration and motivation. I am currently 190lbs I plan on trying to lose 50 lbs or more. Its not easy but i am trying my hardest. I was so tired of being disgusted of myself every time i look in the mirror. I found this website and i am still struggling but not as much becsuse i have guidelines to go by. I am so glad i found you sparkpeople love ya....

This first month has been tough i have only lost 7 lbs but i am getting there.

Eating more healthy, no sugary foods lots of exercise and drink lots of water.

My favorite tv shows are One Tree Hill, Heroes, Secret Life of the American Teenager, Ugly Betty, Greys Anatomy, and 7th Heaven. My favorite books are the twilight series, and anything by Mary Higgins Clark.
