Trying South Beach for the First Time Starting February 28th.

I have put on some of the weight that I lost using weight watchers. One year ago, I was doing well, weighing between 113 and 115.

10 pound weight loss goals with a stretch goal of 15 by June 1, 2010 (graduation date from NP school.)

Small Weekly Goals:
Write journal blog entry 3x/week
Strength train 30 min 2x/week
Run 50-60 min 6x/week

Start South Beach Diet Phase 1
SUNDAY 2/28/10
Training schedule: Running 60 min. 6 days/week
Cross train 1 days/week.
Circuit train 2 days/week.
Work-out 15 min daily while watching TV.

Personal Information:
5' tall: Find it hard to lose weight at my height. Feel like any tiny extra calorie goes right to my thighs.

Other Information:
Enjoy reading a good girlie book to end my day. I have become quite the vampire fan including Twilight and the Sookie Stackhouse novels.
