Jeepin' Into A New Me.

HI! I am a woman ready for change. I'm ready to be done with the 200's. I used to weigh well over 242, but I went down to 220 and stayed there for a really, really long time. Actually I never went back up. So, since 2008 I've lost that 20 pounds and never gained it back. I've gone down even further but always head back up to 220. It's like my body is a 220 lover. I'm trying to make it a 190 lover so then I can make it a 170 lover and then making 165 it's forever home. I'm working on it, but my entire life I've had weight problems. I was 12 years old and weighed 215 pounds. :( So, I have a lot of work to do.

Here's to another 20. And, then another set of 20.

Physical:
- Do 5 push-ups
- Do 1 pull-up
- Finish my Tier 1 for boxing

My Program:
Counting my calories is big for me. I love food, especially pasta. I never realized how super-sized my portions had become, and keeping track really helps me.

I unfortunately have portion distortion and have to count everything. I recently (Feb. 2015) started a boxing program. It's kicking my butt, but I just want to get better. Walk more. I don't walk enough.
