I am Living Healthier with SPARKPeople. Several years ago my SPARKPeople account was established. Shortly thereafter, unexpected events unfolded in my life and my attempt to improve my health quickly went by the wayside.

It seemed that in the blink of an eye years had passed. Summer 2013 I began walking routinely. In December 2013 I returned to SPARKPeople. I had successfully sustained my walking routine for 6 months. It was time to improve my nutrition.

Hi and emoticon for commenting on my blog! For some strange reason the 'add link' button didn't work for me on my blog. I tested a few other youtube videos and they didn't work either. So I just took it out. Now I'll have to be sure it works before I say I've included this link here... lol

Yes, I eat flax. I bought flaxmeal first, but now buy the whole seeds. I can grind them in my nutribullet. With the meal I could get some cross contamination. I eat chia seeds, flaxseed, and lecithin almost daily. They are great in veggie smoothies, on salads and cooked vegetables. Thanks, Jean. -Marsha
