My Goals:
For 2014:

*When weather gets warmer, work up to jogging in short sprints. By the end of the fall, jog at least 1/2 mile!

*Do not eat "food" from the vending machine at work

*Eat something nutritious for breakfast every morning

*Weigh 240 by the beginning of September

*Weigh 200 by New Years Eve

*Eat more fruit


My Program:
I am becoming more aware of my portion sizes. I don't need to feel like my gut is going to bust to be full. I am drinking water before I eat every meal.
