My Goals:
My initial goal is to reach a BMI of 23. For my height, this is 147 pounds. My ultimate goal would be to reach (and maintain!) a BMI of 22, which would be 140 pounds.

My Program:
Making a habit of going to the gym wasn't hard...it's the food that I have to put most of my focus on!! I generally eat very healthy food, but I have a habit of eating from boredom and emotion. It's the quantity and not quality of the food that I have to pay attention to!

Personal Information:
Originally from the Atlanta area, I spent 5 years in Cleveland for college (so cold!), then came to Nashville for a 1-year graduate program. I took a job in town, so I've been in Music City for over 2 years now. I really love it so far!

HI JENNA!!! We miss you! Dawn and I are active again, trying to revive the team.

We've begun weekend challenges w/ "bragging" rights instead of trying to keep up with the numbers. Come on back, we're a much more relaxed town than before.
