- Start Training for a 10K. Done!!!
- Finish Week 1-2 of 10K. Done!!!
- Finish week 3-4 of 10K. DONE!!!!
- Finish Week 5-6 of 10k.
- Finish Week 7-8 of 10K.
- Finish Week 9-10 of 10K.
- Run my second race in a better time. (35:12)


My Program:
- Drink more water and less sugar filled drinks.
- Exercise or some type of physical activity for 30 minutes a day.
- Be proud of the small steps, knowing the big ones will come.
- Eat more complex carbs and less simple carbs.

Hi and Happy 4th of July, my back is doing a lot better. Today is the first day of doing some exercises beside my physio. Still being very careful on what I am doing but I am doing something. I need to get this weight off that I have gained over the month with this injury.
