My Goals:
I want to lose 25lbs by 5/2/9 that will be 1/2 of my target goal. Mainly because this is my anniversary date and I would like to wear something appropriate for my husband (ha ha ha ha)

My Program:
-taebo 2-3x per wk
-walk 2-3x per wk
-drink 8 glasses of H20 per day
-change my eating habits.

Other Information:
I have a wonderful husband who is a great support system. And 3 beautiful, yet crazy children.

I've been slacking on checking in with everyone so today I'm doing my rounds and see you haven't been on!!! Were did you go emoticon ?! I hope you decide to come back. Maybe we'll see you at Debra's meeting.........at least we hope so.

It was great to meet both you and your son. He is adorable. I think this will be a good thing. Debra is really great at organization things like this. But like she said yesterday, there is strength in numbers. I have a couple of people I want to try and introduce this sparkpeople program to. Wish me luck. Look forward to either seeing or hearing from you soon.

So glad we were finally able to meet today! I look forward to seeing you at more of the meetings. I'm positive it will help keep us all on track especially with all the great information we can all share with each other. Don't forget to check out the great workout video's!!
