I hit my high weight in November 2007 and joined Weight Watchers at Work. After losing 10% of my weight, I was left with another 10% to lose to reach my goal. I have bounced around in a 5 pound range for the past few months and really need to recommit and get back on track with my eating and exercise. 3/16/2009 I have been on a plateau (or rather just losing and regaining the same five pounds) for a long time now. I know this is because I have been busy and not as committed to making good choices and fitting in my exercise. I decided last Friday to recommit and I will make it to 120 (my WW goal) in the next four weeks (April 16).
