My mistake the first time around was to stop using the nutrition and fitness tracker. I also thought I could do it alone and not actively participate on any teams. I was a part of team with co-workers but the team quickly fell apart and I felt I didn't need support. This time I found teams that challenged and motivated me to lose the weight and I've had so much fun in the process. Sparkpeople members are supportive, positive and encouraging. Thank you team members and spark friends. I couldn't have done it without you!

Hey there, thanks so much for stopping by my page! Nope, haven't given up - still fighting and training, it's just that SP is really slow on both my PC at work and my laptop at home, and it takes forever to track and post... :( But I promise I'll post at the Challenge thread really soon!!!

Thanks for you comment on my page. The six miles was over the whole day with a friend. We did mall shopping, then went to a pedestrian mall and walked all over Iowa University campus looking at stuff. So I didn't realize we had walked that far, she wears a pedometer.
