...and the journey continues.

this is proving to be quite a challenge - this fight against this fat on my body. however, the vision i have for myself is bigger than the fat. it's going to take work and some serious confrontations with that part of myself that hides, lies, cheats, avoids, denies, and makes excuses. if i do not, the fat will continue to accumulate, representing everything that has every hurt me, angered me, disappointed me, and scared me.

so instead of another intro to declare or swear that THIS TIME will be IT, i will be realistic with myself.

simply, the happiness journey continues and i must make note of anything i learn along the way.

Thanks for my bday wishes! I had a great celebration. Mind you I added a few pounds back, but that is ok. It's almost gone now. I looked awesome in my dresses!!! I may post a pic later.

I'm caving today and adding the app on my phone today. I still plan on using Myfitnesspal for my food and exercise. I will just track and keep you guys up to date. I also want full access to all my groups and information. I'm not always around a computer or my laptop.
