I'm still in here somewhere....

Hi, I'm Shelley. I'm a wife, mother, nurse, volunteer, sister, etc etc....but somewhere in all of that wonderfulness, I lost ME. But, alas, I'm still in here somewhere, very lost and very buried, but I'm in here. And that is what I'm striving for....simply to find ME again!!!

I was once thin, fit and happy.....it took a lot of committment, but I loved it!! Fast forward to marriage, moving, job stress, bad pregnancy, new baby with terrible work schedules, extremely difficult life ...

#2. Strength training 3x/week

#3. Pilates 2x/week

#4. Lose 10 pounds in January

#5. Run my first 5K on 5/2/08

#6. Reach goal weight by my 38th birthday on 7/27 (145pounds)

Cardio 5X/ week for 60 minutes or more.
