One Day at a Time

About nine years ago I began losing weight. I was 25 and weighed 326lbs. I knew diets didn't work, so I changed my life. It worked.

Now that I am in my 30's I find some weight creeping back. I do not want to go back to where I was. I need to modify my eating habits and be teachable for the rest.

I think I know it all, but really I don't.

1.I am going to track my food everyday, and will try to plan for the next day.

2.Weigh myself once a week and believe that my food plan and exercise program will work.

3.Try to journal every morning.
