I am a 40 year old mother of three who is tired of sitting on the side lines watching my kids play! I want to play with them and my weight has kept me from that! My Goals:
I am looking to lose over 100 lbs and to start to enjoy exercise. My kids are almost grown and I feel like I have missed out on a lot of their life because of my weight and the limitations it has put on me! I am tired of feeling tired and hurting all the time and have decided it is MY TIME to do something about it!
My Program:
I originally started on ediets and during my search for a recipe, ran across SparkPeople and I am so so so glad I did! It has sent me in the direction I need to be going instead of wandering aimlessly around in today's world of dieting! This is not a diet! This is my life and I am fighting for it!
I have gone 90% organic and eat as clean as I possibly can, although I do still struggle greatly with the cravings, but I am still learning and I am gaining ground!
