I hope you got the answer you needed to the "what to do after the buffet" question you had. When ever I have had a not so healthy meal during the day I lean towards a nice veggie salad with a low fat dressing (used sparingly) and maybe a tablespoon of nuts (for some protein). I never skip a meal, because my body is just to used to eating 3 meals/2 snacks a day.....have a great day and never linger too long on what you think was a slip up on the foods you might eat.....best to just get right back on the "horse" so to speak. 1778 days ago
Thanks for your comments on my blog! You are right..tracking is soo important. I think the reality of seeing something in black and white is a good way to think before I eat something I'm going to regret later!! Hope you have a great week!
