My Goals:
1. When my hubby tells me I'm beautiful, I want to believe him!
2. I want my children to be proud of me.
3. To not be in pain all the time.
4. To not have to take meds for diabetes.
5. Be proud of myself, have more confidence, and have self esteem.

My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition and fitness. However, I am unable to follow the diet plan since I have diabetes. Losing 5 lbs. the first week is a GREAT incentive!

Personal Information:
I have been married for almost 29 years. Have 3 sons and 1 daughter, 5 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. They are all the joy of my life. I am empty when they aren't here.

Other Information:
I love classical music, country, old rock, soundtracks, and Jim Brickman! Hunting, fishing, riding the motorcycle, camping, but most of all the sounds of my grandchildren's voices are things I love. I am also an avid reader.

Hey ya'll! I need some support. I fell off the wagon last night, but am determined to get right back on this morning. I don't have any help here at home. I know that you can help me keep motivated. My hubby won't let me go out and exercise by myself, but since he works nights, he isn't available when the sun is up. I used my elliptical yesterday, trying to change up my workout a little because I am getting bored with it. I will keep using it at least for this week and see if things get better since I gained a pound last week. Thanks for your help. emoticon
