This page is to keep me accountable. After getting on the scales, expecting to lose at least a pound or two after not weighing for four days, I actually gained 2.5 pounds!!! The realization that even staying within my calories/carbs/fats/proteins/fiber limits isn't doing it made me see the need to take it one step further. This page, and legitimate exercise, are going to have to be the next level of "health" for me!
