Hi, I am new to spark people and I am so far enjoying the support and information!
I have a goal of 67 pounds to loose by April 1, 2009. I was trying to change my lifstyle back last winter and was doing so well, I had lost 40lbs and was full of energy. I had created a new habbit of attending the gym 5 days a week, counting my calories and just getting out and doing more with my son. Then in December of last year I injured my back at the gym. Hi, I am new to spark people and I am so far enjoying the support and information!
I have a goal of 67 pounds to loose by April 1, 2009. I was trying to change my lifstyle back last winter and was doing so well, I had lost 40lbs and was full of energy. I had created a new habbit of attending the gym 5 days a week, counting my calories and just getting out and doing more with my son. Then in December of last year I injured my back at the gym. Buldged two discs. OUCH! I then fell off the wagon so to speak and became depressed because I had given up in myself. I have gained 30lbs back in those few months and I fell more depressed with myself then ever! Well until yesterday when I was searching the web and came across Sparkpeople. I became motivated again. I am truely interested in making me a better person. A healthier person! A healthier MOM! I want to do more with my son and not be tired afterwards, and I want to be a good roll model so he doesnt make the same lifestyle decisions that I had made. I am ready to do this again, and I am not going to let anything stop me again. I know where I went wrong after I hurt my back, and I know the concequenses. My goal is 67lbs!!!!

Hey old friend!! Havent talked to you in months! You still here on SP?
I ended up gaining some weight, but now I'm back on the wagon, hopefully to stay! Lol!

Hey you! Happy Monday morning! Lol!
Off to a good start this morning... Honey nut cheerios and coffee for breakfast... sipping coffee at work now and not craving that snickers at ALL! Lol! Granted, its not even 10am yet.. Lol! But still.
How are YOU doing?! :o)
We decorated for Halloween some more this weekend. I love it! I love the holidays... Too bad I wont be drowning myself in bad food this year. I cant. Lol!
