My Goals:
I want to be a size 8. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin and my weight gain has made it impossible. I have to accept I'm not a kid anymore and my body is changing. I want to cut out some negative people in my life who cause me stress. Mantra: Patience.

My Program:
Not diet and a new years resolution to exercise, but a gradual lifestyle change that will help keep me healthy as I get older!

4.6 pounds... it's probably water weight but it's GONE! I feel good.... upped my cardio and back onto doing Wii Fit. I am going to do this... I am going to do this... Mantra: Motivation.

I did exercise on Monday and did a 10 min. jump rope video (you should look for it it's pretty good) yesterday. Today I also need to force myself, I have no desire at all. What I do realize though is that this is the 3rd week, the week where we usually poop out and we need to push through it. You can do it and so can I. So get off the rear end and check in in an hour! Let's do this thing!!!!! emoticon

Have to start again, this bug is messing up everything. I have learned how to use most of the stuff now, it's just time consuming putting in my foods for the first time! I am going back to testing my blood sugar more so I can zone in on what to eat and when. So much easier to keep track of it. I will be joining in more as I get back into it.
