My Goals:
To lose 10% of my weight as a short term goal. Exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes at least 3 days per week. Make small changes in my eating habits. Short term goals to improve my health.

My Program:
Limit sweets. Ride bike, walk. Think before eating - am I hungry; am I making good choices, etc. Plan ahead on meals and exercise.

Personal Information:
Reside in Buffalo, NY. Have always been overweight. Maybe by writing goals, posting and tracking thru the SPARK I can stick to my goals this time.

Other Information:
Enjoy reading a variety of fiction and non-fiction, knitting, crocheting.

Hello to the Wolf Pack!!! I just wanted to stop by to say good job on week 2! Week 3 is here :) It is going by so fast. Am I right?

Sometimes we let the numbers on the scale dictate our moods or let those numbers bring us down. Every day is a new day! If this wasn't a great week.. that is okay! Week 3 can be amazing for us all.
