My Goals:
I want to lose weight mostly for my health, but also for my kids. I'd like for them to have a happier, healthier mom that can provide them with a great health role model!
My Program:
I am running three times/week as part of the Couch to 5K program (seriously, if I can do it, anyone can do it!). I'm just starting to diet, but I'd prefer to think of it in terms of making healthier choices.

My name is Jayna. I am married with two kids, whom I stay home with and take care of.
Other Information:
I love to shop, ski, dance, read, and spend time with my family. I am very involved with my young kids who I stay home with. I love taking them to playgroups!
