I'm so proud of how much control I have over my life now.

I have always had a bad relationship with my weight. I have never been obese, but have just not been in control. I have always been sports-oriented, but have just gradually turned inactive. I feel like I have made every excuse in the book about losing weight. I am tired of making up reasons to not work out or to not eat better. I want to take control of my weight and of my life. I feel like I have made every excuse in the book about losing weight. I am tired of making up reasons to not work out or to not eat better. I want to take control of my weight and of my life. I think this will help me be a better person in general. Last February through June, I lost 23 pounds. Unfortunately, I have gained it all back. Today, I put on what used to be my loosest pants. I could pull them off. Now, they are getting tight. That was one of my many wake up calls.

Sounds like you had a pretty great week...minus the scale. Keep putting in the hard work and I'm sure that scale will move the next time! I know it's hard but focus on the stuff you did right this week.
