I'd like to get down to around 8 stone. I've never been that small as an adult so I'd like to see what it'd look like on me.

I'm Alison. I'm 29 and a student. I've been here a long time now. I got down to 126 pounds briefly then maintained at a couple of pounds above that for a year or so. Then last summere I let things slip and now I'm almost at my starting weight again. I'm looking forward to starting again because I felt so much better when I was fitter.
