Thank you for the goodie, that was a great idea to give a pick-me-up out because you needed one, thank you so much! I was thinking today, we only have about 9 more weeks left in this year, what if we put on a burst of intensive effort and lost 16 lbs before 2012 ends. I would rather begin the new year 16 lbs lighter than eat any kind of turkey feast!!!
Anyway, my plan for just the next 30 days is 1) walk everyday 2) 10 minutes of strengthening, every single day 3) three times a week do a strenuous exercise, like for me, c25k 4) put real focus and self control into staying in your calorie range and eating mostly fruits and veggies for the next 30 days only.
