Fifty is right around the corner! I subconsciously promised myself that I would not lose weight until I could do it and keep it off for life. I've been obese for 21 years and I had that proverbial "A Ha" moment!! 2 bites of a chocolate pancake and a relative who was so grossed out and let me know loudly in a crowded restaurant!
I am educated and beautiful! I have an awesome personality, so when this relative announced my mistake, I thought...THAT's IT!!!

How long does it take a caterpillar to change into a butterfly? For me, 8 months!!! My birthday is August and my goal is to reach my ultimate healthy weight by this time!!! No more Diabetes, no more meds!!!
