Goal weight - 165 lbs Attitude toward food - it's FUEL and can be fun at times. Attitude toward exercise - positively making myself look better and feel stronger.
My Program:
Keeping calories within range AND exercising daily. Goals for 2012: FITNESS *Improve monthly steps from 2011 *Improve run on the treadmill - currently at 30 minutes *Run 5Ks, 2- 10Ks and maybe the Rock-n-Roll 1/2 Marathon in October FOOD *Eat WITHIN RANGE *Plan my meals and budget my grocery bill PERSONALLY *Improve my financial means *Make new friends *Adjust to being a mom of 2 adult young women as of June - new role

iilaad65@yahoo.com I live near St. Louis - and even though the winter here is COLD I do enjoy being in an older city with tons of architecture and a rich history. NEW owner of a gym in my local town.
Other Information:
CUBS fan - if you didn't catch that from the pics. I just LOVE baseball. I want to travel abroad. Maybe bike through Italy or Scotland and really see the country and know the people. I am self-motivated, independent out of necessity and somewhat introverted but still social kind of gal. Positive attitude most days - upbeat and friendly. Love love love meeting new people!
