I'm happy to say I don't need to be pushed to eat right or workout. I can drive myself...but it is GREAT to have good friends to encourage me and me them along the way. People to share our ups and downs together. Life is never a smooth road. There are bumps along the way. It is up to us to get over them and get back on track.

I find this site extreamly informative. I come here and read for hours. I wish I found this site before I started on another site. Too much information to input :o( I'm willing to update my activities as I go along to keep everyone here posted though :o)

My Goals:
I have been as small as size 4 and as big as size 11. I'm presently trying to be a fit size 7. That is where I'm most comfortable. I'm on my way one day at a time...but I still have a way to go. I posted a picture of myself on my fridge of how I don't want to look anymore.

My Program:
I'm eating the calories, carbs, fat and protein daily according to the Sparks program.

I go to the gym 5 days a week minimum.

Monday & Wednesdays are weights and body conditioning days.

Tuesday & Friday's are Spinning & Ab days

Thurday's is Boot Camp
