I take care of small children all day for pay and big ones all the time for no pay. My health goal is to lose 17 pounds and keep them off unlike the last time I tried. Joint issues are a concern for me so the right exercise program and the motivation to follow through are what I need. Someday I hope to have grandchildren and enjoy many activities with them so my other goal is a healthy heart. I have joined the Fall 2014 -5% challenge to get me on the way to my goal of less weight and a healthier lifestyle. That challenge assisted me in achieving a 5 % weight loss as the winter one did. I am looking forward to doing it again for the spring 2015 challenge and now I will MAINTAIN in the summer 2015 challenge. My exercise goal is to swim, bike or walk for at least 15 minutes daily. I have a new diagnosis of Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome so I need to be careful not to overdo it or I will wind up in surgery and I don't want that!

Thanks for asking about my muscle pain. Yes, I'm finally feeling like me again. I haven't pushed myself yesterday or today, for fear of reinjuring myself. I'll just have to get into the whole exercise thing a bit slower than I wanted to I guess.
