Goals

1. Lose 40 pounds.

May 1, 2012 - 191 lbs

Sept 24, 2012 174 lbs

Goal: 150 pounds


2. Build strength and muscle.

Have no figured out how I want to measure this goal just yet. Half thinking about investing in a body composition scale but do I really want another scale to be obessed with?

Future Goal
-Heavy weight lifting.

3. Conquer this sugar addiction that I have realized that I have which means only eating sugar that is found naturally in food. -

My Program:
How:
- Track Calories

-Exercise daily (exercise class at lunch and walk home from work)

- Cut sugar out of my diet

Future Plan:
- A plant based diet. no meat, no dairy

Thank you for passing by at my blog 'How to stay slim while dealing with toxic people' and for your kind words also. I take each day as it comes and I know with god and everyone else on here I will get there, in fact we both will. I have learnt in life that if you want to see something getting done you have to put all the effort in your self and move forward. Only 'we' can lose weight and better our chances. Off course I would like my husband for support but I am using his harsh words to spur me on to do better so I can get the confidence to say goodbye. I just can't at the minute get the courage to leave him as if I am honest he has been verbally abusing me for a few years now. Sadly I am not in that place as yet but who knows what the future may entail. I really appreicate you stopping by. I can't believe that my blog has touched so many and I am truly astonished of that. Normally I do allot of rambling but I do hold my heart on my sleeve and sometimes I get carried away not realising that I shouldn't have said that but the way I look at it, its my blog and its personal only to me.
