My Goals:
I'd like to lose at least 42 pounds through strength training and aerobic exercise; exercise first thing in the morning; become a yoga instructor; learn how to run by the walk/run method, and eventually run a marathon.
My Program:
Aerobics 20 min 6 days Weight training 10 min 3 days Yoga 20 min 7 days

I'm a single mom of a 16-year-old son. I am originally from Brooklyn, NY but moved to Richmond, VA in 2001.
Other Information:
My hobbies are crocheting, knitting, and cross stitch, when I have the time. I got my BA from Liberty and will be starting my MA at GCU soon.
