Gettin' Lean In 2013
I'm 33 years old and finally ready to put an end to my unhealthy lifestyle. After finding out that I have high cholesterol, am close to being diabetic, and have hypertension, I'm ready to make a change. I have to do this for my children, my family, and most importantly, for me. If I don't do this for me, I'll be looking for everyone else in my life to appreciate my efforts. They might. I'm 33 years old and finally ready to put an end to my unhealthy lifestyle. After finding out that I have high cholesterol, am close to being diabetic, and have hypertension, I'm ready to make a change. I have to do this for my children, my family, and most importantly, for me. If I don't do this for me, I'll be looking for everyone else in my life to appreciate my efforts. They might. I will, so it has to be for me. 03/15/12 I am now 34 years old and almost 50 pounds lighter. I am no longer on medication for my blood pressure or cholesterol. My cholesterol numbers still need to be lower, but my BP is in the normal range. I'm definitely doing this for me. I feel better, look better, and have more confidence that I can and will reach my ultimate goal. Right now, I'm taking it 10lbs at a time. 05/06/13
