You do the Hopie-Pokie...

I'm a wife and grad student working two part-time jobs and trying to stay sane and productive. I run, although I hesitate to call myself a legitimate runner. I love food and eating, and practicing self-restraint is daily challenge.

Recently I've lost some weight with not-quite-intentional diet and exercise, so now I'm just trying to maintain my current weight and work on my overall health. I know I never drink enough water or eat enough fruits and vegetables, and my husband ...

My Goals:
Meet my daily goals for water and fruits/veggies; keep running at least 2-3 times per week. Try not to eat too many sweets.

I live in Kansas, but I'm not sure that it's "home" yet. Nonetheless, I've definitely got some rural Midwest in me.
