Just finished up the C25 program with my bestie and now we are going to continue running (one run a month) and begin our Beachbody programs.

Currently: 21 day fix

I can't sleep with my feet covered.

I am addicted to coffee.

I am legally blind/deaf, and although it takes me three times as long, I still say I can do it.

I'm in school for fun. I've earned my Associates!

I love to color my hair frequently and want to try hot pink when I get my goal weight. (or maybe blue?)

Little mini-challenge for you this week! Hopefully, you’ll be reminded of this everyday—when you check your sparkpage:

“Get Up & Move”—at least once an hour. Studies show that hours of inactivity change the way your body processes glucose & fat. Continuous sitting causes metabolic changes that increase blood sugar levels & decrease the amount of fat used for fuel. Both then cause an increase in fat storage—not what you want to happen! Let’s “Get Up & Move” throughout this 5% Challenge!! We can do this, my friends! emoticon emoticon

So I was sitting here thinking about how I do so great at getting in my walks during the week and then the weekend comes and I bomb. Plan - Get my bum up in the mornings and go to the park for my walk/run on Sat and on Sun a walk with the Hubby! I WILL do this!

I hope it gets better too....at least the OT was there when you needed it. Plus I'm sure Jen appreciates all that you have done to help while she was down. Give her a graduation announcement and maybe she will give Mo a good gift or let her pick something from the shop for her dorm room. emoticon
