Fresh Start

After losing 20 pounds (woot!), and watching the scale creep back up, I'm ready to get back on track, and rid myself of the final 15. Most importantly, I am working to regain the fitness that once helped me maintain a healthy weight.

While I work on building fitness slowwwly, I will be keeping my calories low: 3 meals (400-500 cals each), no snacks.

For the next few weeks, I'll be working to build a little muscle, improve my flexibility, and increase my cardiovascular fitness bit by bit to prevent any injuries.
