I'm 32 and I just got married in April. I am hypothyroid and thanks to that I gained 50lbs in 2009. Of course I was heavy to begin with. But I felt horrible, depressed, tired, moody. . . I did research. . . I found SP. . . I found a new doc with the help of SP. I lost 40lbs before my wedding. However, since I've gained 10 back and I feel like my thyroid is slipping. . . It's a never ending fight. I've always been "big" but it's time I get under the 200 mark and STAY there. There's no reason I can't. There are some motivating people here on SP and I hope to be one of them!!
