thank you Carol for the jump-rope..I'm almost healed up enough to start using it as an exercise tool again..that's when I know I'm totally healed when I can jump for 5 min. w/o pain...Hows everything going..I've been trying to work on my sleeping habits..and my eating habits...it's slow but it will come together with some hard....work...never thought something so simple could be so hard...seems like when you can conquer one bad habit others become easier to overcome too..but they are habits..for a reason..they can come back to haunt you if I don't stay on top of them...good luck to you..looks like your ticker is pretty happy..so I bet you are too..rico 560 days ago
