Hey there.... the Body Bugg is a device you wear on your upper arm that has sensors on it that will track how many calories you burn everyday. SO when I wear it and it will show me that I burned 2400 calories for the day and I tracked my food on SparkPeople eating only 1400 calories... then I know I have a 1000 calorie deficit for the day. Which is good and leads to weightloss. It's kind of hard to explain, but if you google it their website will explain it better. Take care!
