Hello Jackie, Thank you for your message, and I wish you well on your weight loss journey,I agree baby steps at a time,thats the best way to change our eating habits,and create new positive ones that we can make a daily part of the rest of our lives. I am at a standstill with my weight at the moment,but I do feel better and more active around the home.I am following Low Carb eating.and my blood sugars have lowered,and as I am type 2 diabetic.
