I am suffering a chronic inertia. I am going to take a deep breath and follow the advice of a motivational blogger (thank you, Natalie813!) and take a baby step today. I've been wearing my step counter daily, recording steps on the fitness page, and now I'm going to start counting 5-9 fruits and veggies daily. Water and fluids are not a problem-I don't do soda (except when I get sucked into the fast food black hole) and love my green tea and yerba mate;-)

My Program:
Vitamin supplements everyday. Exercise everyday, even if it's just counting my steps. 5-9 fruits and veggies. 10 cups of water or green tea.

I am a just-turned-50 yr old native San Diegan, and I teach in the San Diego Unified School District. I live in a three generation household, with 3 rescue cats who believe they rule the universe (and try to prove it).

Love to swim, read and garden.
