I have learned a lot about myself in these last four years, and perhaps the most important thing that I have learned is that limits are generally self-imposed, not physiologically imposed. If you believe all of the limiting talk that is out there, you will NEVER reach your full potential. If, however, you believe in yourself and the strength, power and beauty that lies within you, and make a conscious decision to not let ANYTHING get in your way, YOU WILL SUCCEED!! You WILL achieve the body of your dreams...You WILL achieve HEALTH...You will achieve HAPPINESS. THE POWER IS WITHIN YOU! CHOOSE TO GO AFTER IT! My Goals:
Stick to my program for the next twelve weeks and try for 3-5 pound weight loss.

My Program:
--Calorie/Carb cycle, 5-7 days low, 1-2 days high
--Lift 3-4 days per week
--Cardio 3 days per week

I liked Maggie too, we're both Librans so she can't be all bad LOL
Marathon this weekend (not competing- watching) and hoping no trouble as in Boston, truly tragic. I hope they get the bastard/s.

Quick run down of recent events; injured my right rotator cuff, mended, only to put my back out. Okay now and back to some half decent ST.
Been thinking of moving to Norfolk (UK) and am now in the process of tarting up our place to get a reasonable return for it and looking on t'internet for property- just looking. Also need to view the area we fancy more extensively and it's where our two bezzie mates live, John and Vicki ,(Gorleston -On-Sea) so we can take care of them, and them us, in our dotage- none of us has kiddies!


How are you doing? So good to hear from you. How's your daughter doing on her special diet?
