I love being 60 years old! Older and wiser as the saying goes. It is so freeing. I have more confidence and less concern about what others think. I am finally taking hold of my own life.

I love that life is a continual journey of knowledge and adventure. There is always something new to learn and experience! Enjoy the journey, that is the best part!

I have a wonderful family close by which is a blessing beyond compare! I cherish them all daily!

My goal is to make healthy choices in all aspects of my life, whether it be food, exercise, financial, or spiritual.

My Program:
 I am tracking all of my food, both good or otherwise, with the food tracker. I am trying to stay within the healthy guidelines for my personal goals.
I am wearing a pedometer to track my daily steps, with a goal of 10,000 steps.


Personal Information:
I enjoy hiking, backpacking, reading, knitting, surfing the web, puzzles, and games.


Other Information:
 My proudest and most meaningful accomplishments are being a wife, mother and grandmother.

Sandy our first sons stats were just the same, Congrats I kept seeing KITT ask about your baby in waiting.
'Sorry congrats are so late I managed to miss it. I have to miss a lot since I type so slow. I am happy she is with you and hoping she is doing very well.


That is the correct title of my Book. I had wildflowers on the brain.
The plastic cover was on the book and as soon as I opened it the front binding will not lie flat. I had put is in my cookbook shelf but once out it pops up. It is a great idea to protect it from messy hands Any idea or other suggestion to flatten it. Perhaps it will happen once the newness wears off. HUGS Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon

I bought the Book the wildflowers of Acadia from my instructor. I will have it with me every time we go there this year. Hugs and thanks for writing on my blog.
Has the Baby arrived yet?
I worked in the yard for 8 hours no kidding out there at 7:30 DH in bed. I enjoyed my day. Poor Fred was wanting to help I need to dig out the crabgrass that invaded last year. We only have a small ranch house in Augusta but just in cae I do get our company I want it to look nice.
I took a timeout at noon and went to Sams club for produce. Then right back to it but now I am out of mulch. Next I must buy annuals for color. HUGS Thanks Pat in Augusta. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
