My Goals:
I would like to run a full 5K by the middle of March and be a more positive person in general. My ultimate goals are to be 135 lbs (or at least in the healthy BMI range), to be more confident with my body, and to create positive change in the world.

My Program:
I'm trying to eat healthily by eating around 1600 calories a day because I go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. As for my motivation, I'm trying to journal at least five days a week but that doesn't seem to be working out very well...

Personal Information:
I am currently a college student majoring in Sociology and minoring in Women's & Gender Studies. In my free time, I like to play with Photoshop, shop online, make magazine collages, read, watch Bravo and Food Network, and work out.

Well that's great! I know it's so hard at times, but with SP and friends we can do it! This is the longest I have ever stuck to loosing weight and I am really proud of myself! Snowboarding was LOTS of fun but HARD! Once I got to the bottom of the hill I felt so proud of myself because I accomplished something! I haven't felt that accomplishment feeling in a very long time and I know once I loose weight that feeling will be totally worth it ( ohhh and I can wear a bikini and show off my tattoo I will be getting in April!) Whooo-hoooo! :o)

Good morning! I go to Mission College in Santa Clara. I work full time so I only take 2 classes per semester. I am actually thinking about attending University of Phoenix because I take majority of my classes online because with my work schedule it's too hard to go to school 4 nights a week! How has you're calorie intake been this week? That is crazy you're roommate is from Fremont!

Hello, I was just searching Spark Pages and yours popped up! I am also a college student who would like to participate in a 5K! I see you live in Monterrey which is pretty far from me to train with but we can be buddies and give each other motivation!
