A year of yes

I'm in my early thirties and, after a lifetime of trying to control my weight and losing, I'm determined to finally change my lifestyle in a permanent and real way, so that diets can become a thing of the past and I can be healthy and fit and slender! I hope to stop creaking and popping like an old lady, while I'm at it, and if I'm very lucky, I'll wear a bikini for the first time in my life!
