Hello everyone. I live in the countryside in the Scottish Borders. In the past 20 years I've been on 5 diets, losing weight on each one - unfortunately after each one I ended up a stone heavier than when I started! I've been scared to diet again, I can't afford to gain more weight! Recently however the weight has been starting to affect my health so I need to start the last diet. In the past 20 years I've been on 5 diets, losing weight on each one - unfortunately after each one I ended up a stone heavier than when I started! I've been scared to diet again, I can't afford to gain more weight! Recently however the weight has been starting to affect my health so I need to start the last diet. The last diet began in March 2009, with a bit of success, unfortunately I took a break over the Summer and that ruined it. Funnily enough it wasn't the break that did for me it was the few weeks at the end of August and in September when I was trying to persuade myself to start dieting again! I've got over that little setback now and am back on the downward trend - wish me luck! Looking for luck again and if anyone has any spare willpower will they send it my way?

My Goals:
I've got a LOT of weight to lose - but I'm carving it into bite-sized chunks. 16 st (224lb) - DONE 20/10 15st (210lb) - DONE 25/03 UNDONE 23/01/11 and again - DONE 27/09 :) UNDONE 23/01/11 200lbs - 14st (196lb) - 190lbs - 13st (182lb) - 175lbs - 12st (168lb) - ...and that would be me 20 again! Let's try and get there before I'm 50 :) - Well that ain't gonna happen :( Lets try for the 210lb goal again ...
My Program:
I'm trying to keep below 1500 calories and am going to a local slimming group to be weighed and do a bit of exercise. Slimming group has closed down so now it's down to me (and you lot)
