Thank you for the comment, I'll keep trying to find that perfect sugarless chocolate desert, and low calorie that tastes good-- also I have osteoporosis and arthritis, but I found some chair exercises and 2# dumb bell chair exercises on the SP videos, and I try a few yoga stretches, I do what I can then rest then try a little more later. together!!!! 56 minutes ago

Hi! I've added you as a friend--hope that's okay with you! I find walking to be the best exercise. i was even able to walk when my new orthotics were bothering me (though not as much as usual) and all of my doctors think it's what Medline Plus calls a "cheap, easy workout" that woriks!
