    Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on the post about my hubby's doc results. It is possible! :) He's been on insulin pills for several years, and still had problems with blood sugar levels, and his last a1c before we started the change in eating habits and exercise, was a NINE... that scared us straight for sure. He had ditched all granulated sugar, processed sugars, and foods with sugar or drinks with sugar, but our diet was still high in simple carbs like potatoes, rice and white bread. That was the ticket... no more of that and it all snapped into place. even before the doc visit, his daily blood sugar readings were in the normal range almost instantly after starting, but we had been holding our breath still for that a1c result, hoping it was going to show the difference too.
