BL Spring into Action Challenge Diet Commitment:

Healthy balanced eating, 1200-1550 calories daily, approximate 30/40/30 nutrient ratio.

Limit caffeine to 1 cup coffee and 12 oz. diet coke/day.

Daily multivitamin, calcium supplementation to equal 1600 mg./day (with diet), and 2000 IU Vitamin D3 daily.

Eat fresh whole foods as much as possible, and make a SP recipe at least once a week.

My Goals:
I am striving to reach 135 pounds (60 pound loss) by 12/30/14.
However, my long-term goal is to maintain my loss and banish comfort eating FOREVER! I have been at goal a number of times.

My Program:
Healthy balanced eating, 1200-1550 calories daily.
