It is time for me to finally get a handle on my weight and health. I can already see health problems related to my weight. I have got to do this. I'm finding that changing once is easy - changing always is much harder.

My Goals:
~Get back down to around 145 and wear a size 10 again. ~Start running. ~Eat more fruits and vegetables and fewer sweets. ~Eliminate soda and stick to water. ~Declutter my life.
My Program:
~Exercising most days including cardio intervals ~Trying to plan ahead for meals and snacks ~Keeping bottled water on hand and cold at work and home ~Being more critical of the "stuff" in my life and more willing to let things go
