HEALTHY-SPARK

Starting over (again).
I feel like I have been watching myself spiral out of control into a freefall the last couple of years. Even though I was trying to go through the motions of living a healthy life -- it seems that I was only sabotaging myself the whole time which resulted in things persistently going the wrong direction from my goals. It really is time to prioritize myself and my health for so many reasons. It's not going to be easy. I'm in the middle of a major job crisis and resulting life crisis of sorts -- but my health is something that I definitely have control over and I can do something about.

(Meet new friends by participating in social activities in my new city, at least once per week.)

I always do much better when I plan -- so my PROGRAM consists of writing out a WEEKLY PLAN on Sundays that includes EATING, EXERCISE and ACTIVITIES.
